Series of Corundum Products

Ultra-micro powder bonded corundum products are relatively high-purity products free from clay or other mediums. They use fused white corundum or tabular alumina as the aggregate and high-purity ultra-micro alumina as the matrix. They are meticulously formulated and sintered at high temperatures. Their main crystal phase is α-Al₂O₃. These products feature high refractoriness, high hot load strength, low creep, high density, low gas permeability, good thermal shock stability, excellent abrasion resistance, good resistance to acid and alkali erosion, low thermal shrinkage, and high purity.

3. Application Range

Primarily used for sintering and melting in hydrogen sintering furnaces, hydrogen atmosphere furnaces, high-temperature vacuum furnaces, electric furnaces, and oil-fired kilns, for materials such as alloy materials, magnetic materials, rare earth materials, Ni-MH battery powder, Al-Ni alloy powder, NdFeB alloy powder, and Mg-Zr alloy.
